Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Once an order is placed, we will provide an estimated time for completion.
• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order and must be adhered to.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing and Fees

• Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
• We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you need to cancel an order, you must notify us as soon as possible.
• Kindly note that any payment made to our account(s) is NON-REFUNDABLE after the materials for the project have been purchased (this could be wrap, replacement parts, upgrade parts, painting materials, etc.). If the materials have not yet been bought and a refund is to be done, it will be processed into workshop credit or cash (into the given account) within 14 working days. There shall be no refunds on paint jobs, accident repairs/dent repairs, or any other project that has been completed by Khazcustoms. Also bear in mind that this estimate is not final; in the course of doing the project we may find out more parts that may need to be repaired or replaced and once we do we will communicate that with you immediately. Khazcustoms would not be held responsible for any mechanical faults that may occur with the vehicle as our job is strictly bodywork only; however; if after investigation is done PROPERLY and the fault is from our end, we will take full responsibility for the repairs. We take pride in caring for our customer’s vehicles and properties and we will like you to be reassured that your vehicle is safe with us.

Warranty and Liability

• We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our services.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights concerning our website and services are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not use any content from our website without our express written consent.

Governing Law
